We understand that, for international students arriving in London, the quality and affordability of accommodation is extremely important. We offer a range of options and locations within London zones 1 to 5. All accommodation is checked and monitored to ensure the student’s safety and comfort for the duration of the stay.

Please note that there is an accommodation finding fee of £45 applicable.

Homestay Accommodation - (Zones 1 to 5)

Homestay

This is comfortable accommodation in a private home that is within easy reach of London city centre. Staying in a Homestay is ideal for the English language student, providing the opportunity to speak English outside the classroom and the experience of being part of a British home. The college also uses an agency for Homestay Accommodation. Hosts are selected for their friendliness and their homes must meet British Council (English UK) standards. All hosts receive a personal visit from a trained Accommodation Assessor, to inspect according to these standards.

Beaumont Court Halls of Residence - (Zone 1)

Beaumont Court is approximately 12 minutes walk from Kings Cross underground station on the Piccadilly, Victoria, Northern, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. Camden Town and Mornington Crescent underground stations also a short walk away. The residence opened in September 2006 and consists of flats with 5, 6, or 7 single rooms, all with en-suite shower rooms (toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle) and fully equipped kitchen/sitting area with breakfast bar, stools and sofa. Bedrooms are furnished with big bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, shelves, lights, curtains, desk, chair and fitted carpet.

Britannia City Student Living (Residence) - (Zone 2)

The newly refurbished residence comprises a total of 77 (single and twin) study bedrooms in 21 student flats over 7 floors and includes new (shared) kitchens and bathrooms. Furniture is modern in style. Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, utensils pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. (Shared) bathrooms have separate WC, bathtub with overhead shower and washbasin. There is a landscaped outdoor area, a common room with 52-inch plasma TV, laundry facilities in each flat and wireless Internet access. There is also limited off-street parking, bike racks and suitcase storage.

International Student House - (Zone 1)

International Student House is based in the centre of London and offers both British and international students, across London, an opportunity to meet and socialise.

ISH is situated in zone 1, near to the Royal Academy of Music and the University of Westminster, and within 15 minutes walking distance of Oxford Street and across the road from Great Portland Street Underground station. ISH provides accommodation for over 550 people. There is a Bar, Restaurant, Cyber Café, Coin operated Laundry and a Gymnasium.

Large Flats (apartments) on Oxford Street - (Zone 1)

Located just 1 minute from the college, Central London apartments are a great choice for those preferring self catering accommodation in the centre of town.

Liberty House Student Residence - (Zone 1)

A centrally located, modern, purpose-built residence within a 12 minute walk of Angel underground station, close to Clerkenwell, with its many shops, bars, restaurants, shopping centres and cinemas. It offers 110 well-appointed single rooms, all with en-suite facilities (WC, basin and shower cubicle). All rooms have their own telephone and Internet access and there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area for every 10 rooms. There is a coin- operated laundry, vending machines, full time cleaning and maintenance and 24-hour caretaker and security system with CCTV.

Summer University Halls of Residence - (Zone 1) - University of the Arts

Choice of two locations. These residences provide Single ensuite (private bathroom) rooms with self catering facilities. Single rooms are ensuite study bedrooms with a shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Single : £200 per week

Summer University Halls of Residence - (Zone 2) - Bethnal Green

Located in Zone 2 close to Bethnal Green Tube station (Central line). The area is well served by supermarkets and local stores. The hall is within walking distance of leafy Victoria Park, London Fields Park and an open air swimming pool.

Single : £140 per week

Summer University Halls of Residence - (Zone 1) - Bloomsbury

Each study bedroom with hot and cold running water and a refrigerator. Kitchen facilities are shared and there are ample bathrooms, showers and lavatories on each floor. Cleaning staff are employes to assist with keeping the house clean, but students are expected to keep their rooms in a clean and tidy condition. Bedding packs are included. Towels are not provided.
